Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoon fondor
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, mild
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, white and black
  • 2 sachets rice OR:
  • 2 cup rice, loose
  • 4 teaspoons curry
  • 1 tablespoon broth
  • 125 ml water

Instructions

  1. First mix the minced meat with the spices in a bowl.
  2. Now sauté the pressed garlic and the finely chopped onion briefly in a preheated pan. Then deglaze with the stock and the water and simmer until the water has evaporated. Now pour the onion and garlic mixture over the mince and stir everything well again.
  3. Now form cevapcici in the desired size from the minced meat and fry in the same pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the rice (depending on your taste, whether loose or in a boiling bag) according to the package instructions, when it is ready, sprinkle with the curry powder and simmer gently in the saucepan for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve everything together with a garlic dip.
