Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic cloves. Rinse, shake and chop the thyme.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl and mix with the onions, garlic and breadcrumbs. Beat the egg and sprinkle with thyme, paprika powder, salt and pepper
  3. Mix, then add to the minced meat and knead everything.
  4. Shape the meat dough into finger-thick, approx. 5 cm long rolls. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the rolls brown all over.
  5. Cevapcici go well with rice, mixed salads and various sauces.
