Ceviche (One Option) Peruvian Cuisine

Seviche, a popular Latin American dish, is a variety of fresh fish marinated in lime, lemon, or orange juice.

- Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into a bowl
- Cut 2 types of onion into half rings
- Finely chop the garlic and celery
- Chop the cilantro not very finely
- Cut the bell pepper into half rings
- Boil the shrimp until tender (neither salt nor pepper the water, without lavrushka)
- Cut fish fillets into small pieces
- Place fish in a large bowl and cover with lime juice, stir
- Add shrimp and mix well again, pressing the fish into the juice
- Add garlic, celery, and hot sauce (or chopped chili peppers), stir, crush
- Add onion, pepper, and cilantro
- Mix everything well again, press down well.
- Cover the fish with marinade with a plate, put the load and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Take out the fish, salt, stir, and serve …..
