Champignon Salad with Tomatoes

In this salad there are delicious mushrooms marinated in vinegar-mustard dressing.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Sweet onions (preferably Yalta) – 0.5 pcs.
  • Champignons – 200 g
  • Different mini-tomatoes (you can take cherry tomatoes) – 100 g
  • Chopped greens – 1 tbsp
  • For refueling:
  • Boiling water – 4 tbsp
  • Herbal tea (took with mint) – 1 sachet
  • Wine or herbal vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Strong mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil (preferably olive) – 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  1. How to prepare a salad with champignons: Rub the champignons with a damp cloth. You do not need to boil them, but I boiled them for 15 minutes in slightly salted boiling water.
  2. Let’s prepare a salad dressing with mushrooms. Put a tea bag in boiling water. Let it brew for 5 minutes. Then we take it out and add honey, vinegar, mustard, oil, salt and pepper to the tea.
  3. Cut the onion into thin strips and add to the dressing.
  4. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and add to the dressing too. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes
  5. Strain the mushrooms and onions through a sieve and place in the middle of the salad bowl. Put the tomatoes cut in half along the edges. Sprinkle the salad with mushrooms with herbs.
