Champignons with Quail Eggs (in the Microwave)

A wonderful quick snack for guests – stuffed mushrooms in the microwave.

- Peel the champignons, remove the legs.
- Carefully remove some of the pulp from the caps. Chop it and mushroom legs.
- Fry chopped mushrooms in a microwave oven (2-3 minutes at 600 W). Season with salt, add dried basil.
- Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared mushroom filling.
- Drive a quail egg into each mushroom cap (carefully so that the yolk remains intact).
- Put champignons with quail eggs in the microwave. Cook champignons in the microwave for 4-5 minutes at 600 watts.
- Wash and chop the greens.
- Sprinkle mushrooms with quail eggs with herbs.
- The mushrooms in the microwave are ready, you can serve the appetizer to the table.
