Champignons with Quail Eggs (in the Microwave)

A wonderful quick snack for guests – stuffed mushrooms in the microwave.

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Champignons (medium-sized) – 5 pcs.
  • Quail eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Dried basil – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley – 2-3 sprigs

Directions

  1. Peel the champignons, remove the legs.
  2. Carefully remove some of the pulp from the caps. Chop it and mushroom legs.
  3. Fry chopped mushrooms in a microwave oven (2-3 minutes at 600 W). Season with salt, add dried basil.
  4. Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared mushroom filling.
  5. Drive a quail egg into each mushroom cap (carefully so that the yolk remains intact).
  6. Put champignons with quail eggs in the microwave. Cook champignons in the microwave for 4-5 minutes at 600 watts.
  7. Wash and chop the greens.
  8. Sprinkle mushrooms with quail eggs with herbs.
  9. The mushrooms in the microwave are ready, you can serve the appetizer to the table.
