Mushroom cutlets made from fresh chanterelles are tender, with an interesting texture and very aromatic. And their bright color will certainly make you smile.

Ingredients
Chanterelle mushrooms – 150 g
Onions – 40 g (0.25 pcs.)
Fresh dill – 3 branches
Egg (small) – 1 pc.
Semolina – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Bread crumbs – 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp
Directions
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Sort out the mushrooms, wash and dry.
Send the chanterelles to the blender bowl. Peel the onion, wash, chop and send to the mushrooms.
Wash greens, shake, chop finely and add to mushrooms and onions. Punch the contents of the bowl until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the egg and stir until smooth.
Add semolina to the mushroom mass and stir.
Leave the minced meat for 10 minutes to swell the semolina. Then season with salt and pepper. Stir.
Divide the minced meat into equal parts and coat them in breadcrumbs, shaping the cutlets.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat up and lay out the patties.
Fry the patties for 7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Remove from heat and immediately serve the chanterelle cutlets.
