Instructions

  1. Put the chard leaves with stem, the cucumber washed and unpeeled and the mint leaves also washed in the blender. Add the water and mix everything. Then add the apples without stem and blossom but otherwise complete, the dates without seeds and the peeled banana and mix everything for about 45 seconds.
  2. A high-performance mixer is recommended.
