  • 4 cups cream
  • 1 cup processed cheese
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 150 g mountain cheese
  • herbs, fresh

Instructions

  1. Depending on the degree of spiciness and taste you want, cut jalapeños into fine slices. Dice the shepherd`s cheese and mix with the uncooked pasta in a large baking dish.
  2. Fry the minced meat in the pan until crispy. Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly sauté the finely chopped jalapeños. Then add the broth and cream. Bring everything to the boil briefly. Then add the minced meat and stir in the processed cheese, 100 g grated mountain cheese and the crème fraîche. When the cheese has melted, add herbs to taste and season to taste.
  3. Now pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with the rest of the grated mountain cheese.
  4. Baked at 180 ° C for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
