  • 2 leeks
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into small pieces
  • 3 cups processed cheese
  • vegetable broth
  • herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions until lightly browned. Then add the leek and peppers and lightly sear everything until it`s a little soft. Season with pepper and paprika and add the stock until the vegetables are covered. Bring everything to the boil and then add the processed cheese. Stir until the cheese has dissolved. Season to taste with herbs and spices.
