Cheese and Meat Roll

Delicious roll and not a very troublesome recipe. Be sure to cook! It can be served both cold and hot.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 10

Ingredients

  • Beef – 1 Kilogram
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Hard cheese – 100 Grams
  • Chicken Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Salt, pepper, spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Cut the beef into small pieces.
  2. Twist in a meat grinder. Twist 2 cloves of garlic with the meat.
  3. Add spices and an egg to the minced meat.
  4. Stir the minced meat until smooth. Pour in 0.5 cups of water. Stir again.
  5. Spread the minced meat on cling film. Shape into a flat bed. Place grated cheese, diced boiled egg and some herbs in the middle.
  6. Roll into a roll. Roll the seam so that it seals well.
  7. Use foil and baking paper (to prevent the meat from sticking to the foil) to form a tray. Place a roll in it. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake the roll in the oven for about 40 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve cool or warm.
