Ingredients
- 250 g fork spahetti
- 2 cans tuna in oil
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 2 beefsteak tomato (s)
- 2 large bell peppers, yellow
- 400 g feta cheese or ouda
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pickled cucumber (s)
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- basil
- vinegar
- olive oil

- Cook fork spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet, drain and rinse, allow to cool.
- Tear up the tuna and pour the oil over the pasta. Cut spring onions into rings, tomatoes, bell pepper, pickles and cheese into small pieces. Add to the pasta. Press the garlic or chop it very finely and add. Mix with the remaining ingredients, stir and season to taste. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (also overnight if you like). Season again to taste.
- If you like it spicier, you can also add chilli.
- Ideal for grilling or as a lunch in the office on warm days.
