Cheese Balls

An appetizer for the festive table – balls of cheese, garlic and carrots, with Sdobri “Provencal” mayonnaise. A variation of the familiar garlic cheese snack. Simple, tasty and festive.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Hard cheese (Dutch, Russian) – 200 g
  • Carrots – 200 g
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Sdobri mayonnaise “Provencal” – 150 g
  • Fresh dill – 1 small bunch

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary foods for the cheese balls.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
  3. Add Sdobri mayonnaise.
  4. Add garlic, squeezed through a press.
  5. Toss the cheese with garlic, carrots and mayonnaise. The mass should not be dry, but rather dense.
  6. Roll into balls the size of a walnut from the carrot-cheese mass. Dip the cheese balls in chopped dill herbs.
  7. Ready-made cheese balls can be served immediately.
