Ingredients

  • 425 ml fruit cocktail from a can
  • 175 g flour
  • 225 g butter or mararine
  • 160 g suar
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated or the grated zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 packet sauce powder, vanilla flavor
  • 25 g pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pour the cocktail fruits into a sieve and drain well.
  2. Knead the flour, 150g of the butter and 100g of the sugar in a bowl to make crumbles.
  3. Grease a loaf pan (25cm), firmly press half of the crumble onto the base and distribute the fruit on top.
  4. Remainder Mix butter and sugar until foamy, stir in lemon zest and juice. Add eggs. Stir in the quark and sauce powder. Spread the quark mixture on the fruit.
  5. Mix the remaining crumble dough with the pistachios and crumble over them
  6. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove 200 °, gas stove level 3) for about 50 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
