Cheese Buns “Caterpillars”

I really liked the recipe for cheese buns – from kneading to sculpting! And, of course, homemade buns with cheese themselves, or rather cheese sticks. Very tasty. The buns are soft even the next day, checked. Cook to your health and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Flour – 430 g
  • Hard cheese – 70 g
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 60 ml
  • Sugar – 25-50 g (to taste)
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Yolk – for greasing buns

Directions

  1. Sift the flour. Rub the cheese on a fine grater. We heat the milk until slightly warm (37 degrees).
  2. Pre-activate the yeast. We send 1 tablespoon into warm milk. a spoonful of flour, yeast and 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of sugar. Stir and let stand for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add dough, cheese, salt and sugar to the flour.
  4. Knead the sticky dough.
  5. And when the dough is collected in a sticky ball, add vegetable oil three times. Add and intervene. Cover the finished soft dough with a film, put it in a warm place for proofing, for about 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.
  6. Divide the finished dough into equal 14 parts, round. Cover the dough balls with foil and leave them on the table for 15 minutes, let them rise.
  7. We turn on the oven, let it heat up to 200 degrees.
    Roll sausage sticks 15 cm long from each workpiece.Then pinch with our fingers through a certain distance to make caterpillars.
  8. Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
    We transfer the blanks to the prepared baking sheet, let stand for 10 minutes. Then grease with yolk.
  9. We bake buns with cheese in a well-heated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Very fragrant and very beautiful cheese buns!
If desired, the amount of sugar can be reduced by half, but for my taste it turned out great!
