Cheese Cake with Chocolate Bars “Mars”

This recipe for a cake without pastries from the magazine pleasantly surprised me with its delicate taste and aroma of vanilla-creamy ice cream. Be seduced – and you will not regret it, please your kids!

Ingredients

  • Cookies (chocolate – 3 packs) – 300 g
  • Cream cheese (soft) – 400 g
  • Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 0.5 stack.
  • Cream (33% fat) – 350 ml
  • Milk chocolate / Chocolate (bars \ “Mars \”) – 3 pieces
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Gelatin (powder) – 3.5 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Line a 22 cm baking dish with foil.
    I had a 26 cm shape, I just increased the number of products.
  2. Grind the cookies in a food processor.
  3. Until uniform.
  4. Mix with butter. Spread the resulting dough evenly over the bottom and walls of the mold. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Dissolve gelatin in 0.25 cups of hot water, let cool. Beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla essence with a mixer until smooth. Whisk the cream in a separate bowl.
  6. Finely chop the Mars bars and mix with the cheese mass, adding gelatin there. Using a spatula, gradually add the whipped cream there. Put the whole mass in a mold with dough and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  7. Decorate with chocolate chips on top.
  8. And you can feast on !!!
