This recipe for a cake without pastries from the magazine pleasantly surprised me with its delicate taste and aroma of vanilla-creamy ice cream. Be seduced – and you will not regret it, please your kids!
Line a 22 cm baking dish with foil. I had a 26 cm shape, I just increased the number of products.
Grind the cookies in a food processor.
Until uniform.
Mix with butter. Spread the resulting dough evenly over the bottom and walls of the mold. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Dissolve gelatin in 0.25 cups of hot water, let cool. Beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla essence with a mixer until smooth. Whisk the cream in a separate bowl.
Finely chop the Mars bars and mix with the cheese mass, adding gelatin there. Using a spatula, gradually add the whipped cream there. Put the whole mass in a mold with dough and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Decorate with chocolate chips on top.
And you can feast on !!!
