Cheese cakes in the oven can be taken with you to work as lunch. They are also useful in nature. Some people use them instead of bread and are served with first courses. Try these cakes too!

Ingredients
Eggs – 3 Pieces
Curd – 150 Grams
Suluguni – 300 Grams
Russian cheese – 80 grams
Dill, parsley – 1 Bunch
Flour – 400 Grams
Sour milk – 200 Grams
Soda – 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt – To taste
Directions
Beat one raw chicken egg into a bowl. Add salt and sour milk to it, whisk all the ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
Sift flour several times through a sieve
Now prepare the filling for the tortillas. To do this, put the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the grated cheese, chopped greens and beat in a raw chicken egg. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. and combine with baking soda. Add flour and baking soda to the liquid ingredients in portions and knead into a soft dough. Roll the dough into a ball and let it rest in a warm place for half an hour.
Divide the dough into ten equal parts. Roll each of them into a thin layer. Conditionally divide it into two parts and put the filling on one of them.
Fold the tortillas and pinch the edges, pressing down with a fork. Transfer the tortillas to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Grease the cakes with a beaten egg and place in an oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees. Bake for fifteen to twenty minutes
