I propose to cook incredibly tasty and, you can even safely say, healthy chips that are prepared from natural products. They cook relatively quickly, but we get a lot of yummy.

Ingredients
Grated cheese – 150 Grams
Oil – 185 Grams
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Flour – 250 Grams
Dry Basil – 1 Pinch
Pepper Blend – 1 Pinch
Cumin – 1 Pinch
Directions
First, melt the butter, leave it to cool to room temperature.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater
Mix part of the flour with baking powder, pour the cheese into it. Add a little seasoning to the resulting mixture: a third of a teaspoon of basil and the same amount of cumin.
Mix all this thoroughly, add flour if necessary. In the end, you should get such a dough (see picture). Visually very similar to custard, as for eclairs.
When the dough is ready, proceed to the creative process: rolling the balls. The size of the balls should be about the size of a walnut. You should get about 70 pieces.
The balls are ready. We heat the waffle iron, grease both sides with vegetable oil (1 time is enough, there is no need to grease before each serving). Depending on the size of the waffle iron, you can fry 2-3 chips at the same time.
They fry almost instantly, so you shouldn’t go far.
