  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 1 point leek (cream leek), frozen
  • 2 points processed cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • 60 g herb butter
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a large saucepan, fry the minced meat in it. Pour in water and simmer until the minced meat is finely divided and no longer lumps. Add the stock cube and let it dissolve. Then add the leek, cheese and herb butter and simmer until everything has melted. Finally stir in the cup of cream.
