Cheese croquettes are a spectacular hot snack made from bread, cheese, eggs, and milk.

- Cut the white bread into cubes.
- We put the bread in a deep bowl, fill it with milk, and leave for 15 minutes.
- After that, knead the bread with a fork and drive in 1 egg.
- Add cheese, salt, cinnamon grated on a coarse grater and mix thoroughly.
- We make balls from the prepared mass.
- Dip them in an egg beaten with chopped herbs. Roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry cheese croquettes until golden brown, in a lot of butter.
- We spread the cheese croquettes on a napkin so that the glass is butter. Bon Appetit! 🙂
