  • 150 grams sugar

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 kg cream curd
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 grams flour
  • 250 g cream

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff and put in a cool place.
  2. Mix the sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and butter until frothy. Then add the eggs and quark. Now add the flour and stir. Finally fold in the whipped cream. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. Then switch it down and bake for another 50 - 60 minutes at 150 ° C.
  4. This cake can be eaten both hot and cold.
