Cottage cheese – a delicious breakfast for the whole family.
Ingredients
Cottage cheese – 300 g
Hard cheese – 150 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Salt – 2 pinches (to taste)
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Flour – 3-4 tbsp
Butter – 30 ml *
For filing:
Sour cream – 50 g (to taste)
Directions
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mash the cottage cheese. Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Mix the egg mass with cottage cheese. Add flour and cheese. Mix all products.
Make cakes from the resulting mass, sprinkle a little with flour. Put butter in a frying pan, melt. Put the curds in hot butter. Fry the curds on both sides in well-heated butter over medium heat until golden brown (1-2 minutes on each side). Cheese curds are ready. Serve with sour cream.
