Ingredients

  • 1 small Can (s) pineapple, pieces
  • 1 glass celery salad
  • 1 leek
  • 2 small apples
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), in one piece
  • 150 g yourt (skimmed milk yourt)
  • 150 g Miracel Whip Balance
  • 2 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoon brandy (cognac)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple pieces and celery salad and place in a bowl. Cut the leek into thin rings, the apples into small cubes and the Gouda cheese into medium cubes. Also add to the bowl.
  2. Mix the yogurt, Miracel Whip, apricot jam, cognac and spices well in a bowl with a whisk. Pour over the ingredients and mix well. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Possibly add seasoning.
  3. Tastes pure, with baguette, crispy toast or as an accompaniment to a barbecue party.
