Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers and chilli peppers into small pieces.
  2. Hold back some milk for mixing with the cornstarch. Heat the rest of the milk, add the Gouda cheese and dissolve it in it. As soon as the cheese has melted add the processed cheese, the chilli sauce and the chopped peppers. Briefly bring to the boil. In the meantime, mix the cornstarch with the retained milk and add as required. As soon as the desired consistency is reached, remove the pot from the hob and serve.
  3. Tip: You can also add mozzarella as an alternative or in addition. Tomatoes and / or peppers - cut into small pieces - also taste good as an additive.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
