Ingredients

  • 2 slices cheese (processed cheese )
  • 1 slice (s) Tilsiter, butter cheese or other type cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder
  • 50 ml water, cold
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Put the cream in a saucepan and add the cheese and spices. Both can be varied according to taste. Fill a glass with the cold water and stir in the cornstarch with a fork. Put the glass to one side for now.
  2. Turn the stove to the highest setting and bring the cheese to melt and boil while stirring constantly. When the sauce is boiling, set the saucepan aside. Pour the liquid from the glass into the saucepan and stir in. Put the saucepan on the stove again and cook the sauce, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
