Ingredients

  • 8 medium egg (s)
  • 100 g bacon, thinly sliced
  • 200 g cheese, rated (Gouda)
  • 1 small Bunch chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a coated baking dish evenly with the bacon. Beat the eggs and place on top of the bacon without whisking. Sprinkle the grated Gouda on the eggs and place in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
  2. Let rest briefly and distribute on plates. Finally, sprinkle with the chives rolls.
  3. Fresh bread and tomatoes go well with this.
