Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, soft
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, Dijon
  • 1 teaspoon, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • 200 g cheese, Emmentaler or spicy

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard, peel them and cut them in half. Dice the egg white, mash the egg yolk, mix with the butter and cream.
  2. Season with mustard and paprika powder.
  3. Dice the cheese and mix in. Finally fold in the egg whites.
  4. Let it flow well.
