  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 70 g cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 30 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from butter, flour, sour cream, cheese and spices.
  2. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  3. Roll out the dough 3-5 mm thick. There are special cheese foot cutters available from well-stocked homeware stores. Of course, all other cookie shapes also work. Use it to cut out the dough and place on a prepared baking sheet. Mix the egg yolks with milk and brush the dough with it. Put the sunflower seeds on the feet as toenails.
  4. Bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
