Ingredients

  • 200 g camembert (s)
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 apple, red
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 100 g rapes, blue
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 125 g natural yourt
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Cut the two types of cheese into cubes. Drain the mandarins and collect the juice. Wash, halve and core the grapes. Cut the apple, not peeled, and the bell pepper into small cubes.
  2. For the salad dressing, mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt, curry, honey and a little tangerine juice and pour over the salad. Let it flow well.
