Ingredients

  • 500 g cheese, Gouda
  • 250 g rapes, red
  • 250 g rapes, white
  • 1 packet ham, cooked
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ bottle vinegar, white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil, possibly more

Instructions

  1. Take the Gouda out of the package and cut into cubes. Also take the ham out of the pack and dice. Then dice the onion and put everything together in a larger bowl. Wash the grapes and wipe off the branches. Add the amount of grapes to the bowl according to your taste (I prefer seedless grapes). If there are grapes left over, you can put them in a fruit bowl and you will have some healthy fruit at home.
  2. Then take a bottle of white wine vinegar and put about 1/4 of the bottle in the bowl. Vinegar lovers can put more in it too. Add about a tablespoon of vegetable oil, cover the bowl and shake well. Then let it steep for about 45-60 minutes.
  3. I do not recommend refrigerating the salad, otherwise the cheese taste will no longer be as intense. The salad is a pleasant change and always refreshing.
