Ingredients

  • 1 packet pizza dough
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 250 g cheese, (Gouda)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packet and roll it out on the bottom of a greased springform pan (28 cm). Press the edge about 1 1/2 cm high.
  2. For the topping, cut the ham and cheese into even cubes and distribute them evenly on the dough. (do not use pizza sauce)
  3. Mix the creme fraiche with the eggs and the spices, season to taste and spread over the ham and cheese mixture.
  4. Put in the preheated oven (200-225 °) and bake for about 20 minutes
  5. Tomato salad goes well with it
