Ingredients

  • 100 g processed cheese, liht
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 150 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 450 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 teaspoon margarine (semi-fat)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a saucepan and add the flour until it becomes solid. Gradually deglaze with the broth, stir with a whisk so that no lumps form. Add the milk and gradually melt the cheese in it.
  2. Season with a little nutmeg, salt and pepper and finally add the diced ham.
  3. Warm up and serve with cooked pasta.
