Cheese Lasagna Recipe

Cheese lasagna that will appeal not only to adults but also to children! The Georgian dish – Achma was taken as a basis.

Ingredients

  • lasagna sheets 4 pcs.
  • suluguni cheese 100 g
  • butter 100 g
  • milk 1 l
  • flour 100 g
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Calcine the flour until it smells like a roasted nut.
  2. We add butter, mix until smooth.
  3. Pour milk in a thin stream, stir constantly.
  4. Evaporate to a sauce and add salt and nutmeg.
  5. Three suluguni cheese on a grater.
  6. Put the lightly cooked lasagna sheets in a clay mold.
  7. Layer with sauce and grated cheese.
  8. We put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. at 200 degrees.
  9. We serve the dish hot.
