Ingredients
- 2 leeks (or heads chicory)
- 2 cans peanuts
- 1 gr. Tin / n pineapple, cut into pieces
- 400 g cheese (Gouda)
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 jar mayonnaise (medium jar)
- Curry powder
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Wash the salt off the peanuts. Dice Gouda. Put the leek, pineapple, peanuts and cheese in a bowl.
- Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise together and season with a lot of curry, a little sugar, salt and pepper. Add to the ingredients in the bowl and mix together.
- The salad tastes delicious for grilling, is great on the buffet and is also suitable for vegetarians.
- It can be prepared very well the day before.
