Ingredients

  • 2 leeks (or heads chicory)
  • 2 cans peanuts
  • 1 gr. Tin / n pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 400 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 jar mayonnaise (medium jar)
  • Curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Wash the salt off the peanuts. Dice Gouda. Put the leek, pineapple, peanuts and cheese in a bowl.
  2. Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise together and season with a lot of curry, a little sugar, salt and pepper. Add to the ingredients in the bowl and mix together.
  3. The salad tastes delicious for grilling, is great on the buffet and is also suitable for vegetarians.
  4. It can be prepared very well the day before.
