  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • 100 g butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 200 g flour
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 90 g cheese (Edam or Gouda), rated
  • 90 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

  1. Bring the water, butter and salt to the boil in a saucepan. Add the flour and mix into a lump. Take the saucepan off the stove and place the dumpling in a bowl. Now gradually add the eggs and mix with the dough hook to a shiny dough. Finally fold in the cheese.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Place small heaps of the dough on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
  4. The cream puffs can be eaten warm or cold. They taste best fresh out of the oven.
  5. They are ideal for a buffet.
