Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with the butter, sugar, egg and salt. Wrap in foil and let rest for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 °. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Grease the form and line with dough, pull up one edge.
  3. If rolling out does not work so well, you can also lay out the form piece by piece with small areas of dough and just spread everything well.
  4. Prick several times with a fork and prebake for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Mix the quark with the sugar, salt, cream and eggs. Sort the berries, put some aside for garnish, puree the rest.
  6. Take the dough base out of the oven and spread a thin layer of jam. Spread the cheese mixture on top. Spoon the berry puree onto the dough and stir in with a fork to create a marble effect.
  7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Garnish with the whole berries before serving.
  9. Tip:
  10. Instead of raspberries, you can also use any other soft fruit.
  11. Very tasty with cooked, sugared strawberries that are still a bit chunky.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
