Cheese Roll on Crackers

Ingredients

• 1 packet processed cheese (cream cheese)
• 1 packet cream cheese with herbs
• 1 slice (s) cheese (Gouda), finely chopped
• 5 slices ham, cooked (diced)
• 3 egg (s), cooked (cubed)
• 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
• 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
• 5 slices cheese (Gouda), thin

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients well except for the thin Gouda slices. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice of Gouda cheese and roll it up. Wrap in aluminum foil or cling film and put in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, cut into 1 cm thick slices with a sharp knife or electric knife and serve on crackers or bread.
2. Makes about 30 pieces (depending on how thick the slices are cut)
