Ingredients
- 8 slices cheese, e.g. Emmentaler, Edam, Gouda
- 80 g butter
- 80 g processed cheese
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow or red
- 3 slices ham, cooked
- 0.5 ½ shallot (s)
- 1 teaspoon, leveled mustard
- 1 tablespoon, heaped parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon, heaped chives, chopped
- salt and pepper

- Place the cheese slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place them in the oven heated to 100 ° C.
- As soon as the cheese plates have melted together to one level, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
- In the meantime, stir together the soft butter with the processed cheese and the other finely diced ingredients and the fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Place cling film on the cooled cheese platter and turn it over so that the baking paper can be peeled off. Now spread the prepared mass evenly on the cheese platter and shape into a roll. That works fine with the cling film.
- Then put in the refrigerator, let cool down properly and cut into slices.
- There is also fresh baguette. We also like to eat it for breakfast.
