Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g wheat flour
  • 60 g cheddar cheese
  • 60 g cheese (farmer`s cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • 3 teaspoons rosemary, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough from the butter and flour. Cut the cheese into fine strips and knead in. Work in the remaining ingredients well. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. Shape the dough into approx. 25 - 30 small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press the balls flat with a fork and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 - 20 minutes (depending on the desired browning).
