Ingredients

  • 1 cheese (Harzer roll)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar - Melfor)
  • White wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • some cumin
  • some cream

Instructions

  1. Make a marinade of mustard, vinegar, oil (if you like) and a little cream in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the Schlotte into small cubes and add. Also cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the marinade. Be sure to add caraway seeds. Then let it steep for at least half an hour and serve with dark bread.
