Ingredients

  • 1 kg Gouda, young, cut into cubes
  • 500 g rapes, seedless
  • 1 cup cream
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 1 teaspoon fig mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the Gouda into cubes, approx. 1 cm in size. Mix the cream, mayonnaise and fig mustard together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the grapes, cheese and sauce together and let it steep for approx. 1 hour at room temperature.
