Ingredients
- 1 kg Gouda, young, cut into cubes
- 500 g rapes, seedless
- 1 cup cream
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 1 teaspoon fig mustard
- salt and pepper

- Cut the Gouda into cubes, approx. 1 cm in size. Mix the cream, mayonnaise and fig mustard together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Mix the grapes, cheese and sauce together and let it steep for approx. 1 hour at room temperature.
