Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour into a bowl, add sugar, baking powder and salt and mix everything together. Pour the oil into a large bowl, stir in the eggs along with the buttermilk. Gradually add the flour mixture and stir until a smooth dough is formed. Fold in the gouda and salami. Put the dough in the greased muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes at 170 ° C fan oven.
