Ingredients

  • 500 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 500 g meat sausae
  • 500 g leek
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 4 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 125 ml vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
  • 125 ml oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the Emmentaler and peeled meat sausage into sticks. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Chop the parsley. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix together salt, pepper, mustard, parsley and vinegar, beat in the oil and pour the dressing over the prepared ingredients and mix everything well.
  3. Let steep for an hour before serving.
