Ingredients
- 500 g cheese (Emmentaler)
- 500 g meat sausae
- 500 g leek
- 1 bunch parsley
- 4 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 125 ml vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- 125 ml oil
- some salt and pepper

- Cut the Emmentaler and peeled meat sausage into sticks. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Chop the parsley. Put everything in a bowl.
- Mix together salt, pepper, mustard, parsley and vinegar, beat in the oil and pour the dressing over the prepared ingredients and mix everything well.
- Let steep for an hour before serving.
