Smoked pork brisket – 150 g
Processed cheese – 180 g
Garlic – 2 cloves
Parsley – 6-7 branches
Serving tartlets – 10 pcs.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
Ingredients for making a cheese snack with smoked cracklings.
Peel the smoked pork brisket and cut into small cubes.
Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the pork belly.
Fry until greaves.
Put the fried greaves on a sieve to drain the fat.
Grate the melted cheese.
Add finely chopped parsley leaves.
Add garlic, passed through a press.
Lay out the greaves.
Stir, salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the tartlets with a cheese appetizer, to serve.
A spicy cheese snack with smoked cracklings is ready.
