Cheese Snack with Smoked Cracklings

The taste of smoked cracklings complements the familiar salad of processed cheese with garlic. A good, hearty snack both for a buffet table and for every day. Serving a cheese snack is best served in tartlets.

Ingredients

  • Smoked pork brisket – 150 g
  • Processed cheese – 180 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Parsley – 6-7 branches
  • Serving tartlets – 10 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Ingredients for making a cheese snack with smoked cracklings.
  2. Peel the smoked pork brisket and cut into small cubes.
  3. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the pork belly.
  4. Fry until greaves.
  5. Put the fried greaves on a sieve to drain the fat.
  6. Grate the melted cheese.
  7. Add finely chopped parsley leaves.
  8. Add garlic, passed through a press.
  9. Lay out the greaves.
  10. Stir, salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Fill the tartlets with a cheese appetizer, to serve.
  12. A spicy cheese snack with smoked cracklings is ready.
