  • 200 g cream cheese, rainier
  • 2 egg (s), separated
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs
  • nutmeg
  • Oil for the molds

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
  2. Mix egg yolks with cream cheese, then season with herbs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg
  3. Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the cream cheese mixture
  4. Lightly oil 2 ovenproof molds and divide the mixture evenly between them
  5. Bake at 160°C (320°F) on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy on top
  6. Cool in the molds without moving them to prevent collapse
