  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 500 g leek
  • 2 onions)

Instructions

  1. Sear the minced meat, add the cut onion and fry with it, after 5 minutes fry the cut leek briefly and add the broth.
  2. After about 30 minutes, slowly bring the cheese to the boil while stirring. Stir every now and then and remove from heat after 10 minutes.
