  • 0.5 stick ½ leek
  • 375 ml water
  • 0.5 ½ cube broth
  • 150 g processed herb cheese
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 can mushrooms, cut
  • 1 stick (s) baguette (s)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onions in butter. Add the minced meat and leek. Roast everything well. Add water and stock cube, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the cheese and mushrooms. Stir until the cheese has melted. If the soup is a little too thick for you, just add some water.
