Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced

  • 150 g cream
  • nutmeg
  • butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Make spaetzle from flour, eggs, water and salt, cook in salted water and rinse. Strain and drain well.
  2. Brown the onions in fat. Mix the thawed spinach with the mushrooms, salt, nutmeg, garlic and the cream.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour in a portion of the spaetzle and then the spinach mixture, then again spaetzle.
  4. Spread the cheese and flakes of butter on top.
  5. Bake at 180 ° for 20 minutes.
