Ingredients

  • 4 cup flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Dice the butter and work in. Add the cheese, sesame seeds and the milk and knead everything into a smooth dough. Add flour if necessary.
  2. Use the rolling pin to spread the dough about 1/2 cm. Roll out thick and cycle with the pizza cutter bars about 1 cm wide. Bake at about 220 degrees C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
