  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Carrots – 0.5 pcs.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Dill – 2-3 branches
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. We will prepare all the products for making pepper and cheese snacks.

  2. First, prepare the pepper filling. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
  3. Finely chop the dill with a knife.
  4. Peel and grate the carrots on a medium grater.
  5. Place all the filling ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Add garlic passed through a press to the filling.
  7. Layout the mayonnaise, add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well all the ingredients of the filling.
  8. Cut off the top from the ponytail from the bell pepper, remove all membranes and seeds from the pepper.
  9. We fill the pepper with the resulting filling. We send the stuffed peppers to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  10. We take out the stuffed peppers from the refrigerator. We cut it into rings. Put the finished appetizer of pepper stuffed with cheese on a dish, serve.
