Starch – 0.5-1 tbsp

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Sprinkle with starch and stir.
Sketch cheese at random with your hands. One tartlet needs about 25-30 g of cheese (2-3 tablespoons). Fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. The cheese should melt, and the bottom should be browned.
Gently turn the cheesecake over and fry for 3-5 minutes on the other side.
Take the glasses to form the tartlets. Put the finished cheese pancake on an inverted glass. Gently press down the edges, forming a basket.
After 5-10 minutes, when the cheese tartlet has completely cooled, remove it from the mold.
Fill the cheese tartlets with salad. It is best to fill the cheese tartlets with a salad that contains eggs or cheese.
